Integral Automated Bagging System
The Integral Automated Bagging System Yisvi Ice® is an ice bagging system with a 10 LBS presentation. Its ice production system is ecological as it uses R-404 refrigerant and does not harm the environment.
The automatic system has remote monitoring to ensure production and product availability. Consequently, its failures are detected before the customer is aware of them and is affected.
Our filtration technology filters up to 2 microns and is complemented by an ultraviolet system that kills bacteria and rapidly inactivates viruses such as COVID-19. The ice is analyzed periodically to confirm the quality for human consumption.

Production Process
1. The water goes through filtration stages to ensure the quality of the water for human consumption. This is filtered up to 2 microns.
2. The water is processed by our ice machine with different production capacities.
3. The ice is transported to our bagger without having contact with the environment. Once the size of the bag is reached, it is sealed.
4. Finally, the bag is placed inside the merchandiser.
